So what is Alumite processing?
It is a special anti-corrosion method that is applied in 8 phases. A fine ceramic oxide film is created on the pot to provide a very strong surface, an outstanding anti-corrosion function and strong durability.
What differs this product to ordinary pots is the level of purity and density. Ordinary pots have low levels of these due to air and impurities polluted during the production, making them corrode easily.
However, with Alumite processed on the inside and outside of this product, the high-purity ceramic coating resists against scratches and abrasions. Overall, the anti-corrosion characteristics benefits the durability of the pot with salty foods and provides excellent non-stick function and cleaning power.
